Works For Me Wednesday

I'm all "tipped" out for now, but wanted to pass on a few good tips that I found over at Rocks In My Dryer.

Check out this post from Smockity Frocks. I've heard great things about Teach Your Child To Read in 100 Easy Lessons and plan to track one down for my daughter.

I've always had an interest in photography. Thanks to What Works For Us for alerting us to this great site for free photography lessons! I'll be visiting often. Your scrapbooks will thank you.

Want tips to improve your marriage? The Marriage Hacks site may be what you're looking for. While browsing through the site, I came across this post and this post. Interesting . . . very interesting.

The Jubilant household goes through a lot of peanut butter. A-LOT. I always am torn between throwing it into the recycle bin and finding a good use for them myself. A Day In the Life Of . . . has a tip good enough for me to struggle through actually cleaning the sticky, smeary substance out of the jar. I Know you're supposed to do that anyway when recycling, but I confess that it's a step I skip more often than not.

So, there you have it. If you are looking for more tips, head on over to Rocks In My Dryer.

Happy Wednesday to you!

  1. Thank you for linking to my WFMW. By the way just fill the empty container with hot tap water, let it sit until you do your regular dishes and all of the leftover p-nut butter will come out easily.

My 5 yr old sometimes helps me out because she loves to use her fingers to lick the jar clean.

  2. Thanks for the link lurve! Cool blog!

  3. I love the Marriage Hacks link! I'll be frequenting that blog.
