WFMW - No Wardrobe Malfunctions Here
Okay ladies, this post is for you. That's not to say that my male readers cannot share the following information with their spouses. Just leave the clicking to the ladies.
A bra fitting is the best 15 minutes you can spend on yourself - at least as far as wardrobe goes. I had a bra fitting a year ago and it was eye opening. I was one of the 80% of women that was not wearing the correct bra. All that has changed. It can change for you too.
5 Minutes for Mom shared the link Fit Matters from the Macy's site that I found a helpful reminder. And if you've never had a bra fitting, it's a great starting place. The site has brief, tasteful videos that address the issues that concern women most.
I am not sure about other department stores, but Macy's and J.C. Penney's sponsor bra fitting days a couple times of year and often announce them in the local paper. But, I don't think you have to necessarily wait for those days to ask for bra fitting assistance. I've walked right in to both of these stores in the past and have found helpful sales ladies that have taken the time to make sure I have the right fit.
As a side note, bras are no different than other pieces of clothing. You may have to try several bras to get it just right. Various brands and types of bras fit differently, so don't be surprised if your size changes slightly from one brand to the next.
So, ladies, get clicking. Take care of the spillage and find your waist again! Not that I know anything about those two issues specifically, you understand. ;)
