A Little Bit O' Linky Lurve

It is rare for me to add blogs to my reading list. I have come across many, many nice and wonderful sites (especially through The Ultimate Blog Pary), but the blog has to be exceptional(IMHO) or really speak to me to actually subscribe and add it to my Google Reader. Poor thing does so much work on my behalf as it is. I subscribe to so many blogs already that my washer and dryer think I've forgotten how to use them.

With that in mind I want to share a couple of blogs that I have recently found:

In Three Words. It's a new site where you are asked a question and you have to answer using only three words. It's interesting, funny and poignant to read others' responses. And a major challenge for me, an English major who is used to using as many words as possible - in any given situation. Who am I kidding? In any situation.

Suburb Sanity. I've been reading Debbie's blog for some time now and she cracks me up with every post. Like her Manwear for Moobs post. Hee heee. See? I'm still giggling over it. (Notice I said giggling and not jiggling. Although, there may have been some of that too.) With her unique sense of humor, it's no wonder she has such a large following. And when she's not cracking me up, she's making me tear up. The posts where she talks about her kids, well, *sniff*.

Life Just Keeps Getting Weirder. If you haven't been turned on to Anna's blog before now, dear reader, you are missing out on the chance to laugh so hard that your soda threatens to forcefully exit through your nasal cavity. Her take on JoAnne Fabric stores are one for the books. And not to be missed is her post What, This Old Thing? - ever wonder what George C. Scott and Ruth Buzzi have in common? Read her post and you'll know.

coco + kelley. Cassandra, true to her word, has inspirational interiors, brilliant fashion, lustworthy decor. Love browsing through her site and soaking up the beauty. Love it.

So, there you have it. A few new(ish) joyful faves to feast your eyes on.

  1. Thanks for the mention. I appreciate that! :)

  2. Well now, aren't you sweet? Thanks for saying such nice things about me. I will go check out your other recommendations.

  3. Debbie and Anna are both hilarious reads! Debbie has made it to my must read.
