Making The Leap for Monday (A)Musings

Recently texas holly over at June Cleaver Nirvana had a post with great pictures of her sons called Prepositions at the Park.

Made me think of the Schoolhouse Rock songs that would appear in between the Saturday morning cartoons. "Lolly, Lolly, Lolly get your adverbs here . . ." in my mind became "Holly, Holly, Holly get your prep'sitions here . . . And that made me joyful.

Evidently, I am easily amused. Shhhhhh . . . don't tell my husband and children. I recently said to them, "I have lost my sense of humor! No More Teasing! No More Knock-Knock Jokes!" And I wasn't even kidding. It's been a tough few months . . .

But, I digress, yet again.

Here for your viewing nostalgic pleasure is what texas holly's post reminded me of specifically.

Okay, Okay, you may be wondering just how I made the leap from texas holly's post to the you tube video. The answer is that I am not sure and it's been a very long day. But after texas holly's post and the resultant leap, I am joyful.

So there.
