As eager as I am for Spring and Summer, I'm not quite ready to give up the comfort foods that I like to indulge in during the winter months. This recipe falls into that category. Thanks to Market Day for the easy, tasty recipe.
Apricot Glazed Appetizer Meatballs
Prep, time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 12 appetizer servings
1 and 1/2 lb bag Italian Style Meatballs
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 10 oz. jar apricot preserves
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine barbecue sauce and preserves;
mixing until well blended.
3. Add meatballs; mix well. Bake 30 minutes; stirring occasionally.
Serve with toothpicks.
Makes 12 appetizer servings.
