Monday's Mouthful O' Joy

As eager as I am for Spring and Summer, I'm not quite ready to give up the comfort foods that I like to indulge in during the winter months. This recipe falls into that category. Thanks to Market Day for the easy, tasty recipe.

Apricot Glazed Appetizer Meatballs

Prep, time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 12 appetizer servings

1 and 1/2 lb bag Italian Style Meatballs

1 cup barbecue sauce

1 10 oz. jar apricot preserves

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine barbecue sauce and preserves;
mixing until well blended.
3. Add meatballs; mix well. Bake 30 minutes; stirring occasionally.
Serve with toothpicks.
Makes 12 appetizer servings.

Easy, right? Sounds good, doesn't it?
Then, go forth and fill tummies!

  1. This recipe sounds delish. I love sweet tasting meatballs. I am looking forward to the spring and summer, but will miss the comfort foods as well.

This month will be my last month of bread baking because soon it will just be to hot to bake with having to turn on the A/C.

Anyhow we can still enjoy soup if we find some great cold soup recipes like Gazspacho.

    Thanks for visiting.
